Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract for digital services (in particular the registration of a user account and the publication of listings) within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason (§ 11 FAGG, Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act).

The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded, i.e. upon confirmation of the registration.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, an unambiguous statement to the following address is sufficient:

It is sufficient to send the statement before the period expires. The model withdrawal form below may be used; its use is not mandatory.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, the user account and all published listings will be deleted. Any payments already made — where paid services were used — will be refunded without delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment. No fees are charged for the refund.

For paid digital services, the right of withdrawal expires if the operator has begun performing the service at the consumer's express request before the end of the withdrawal period and the consumer has previously acknowledged that they thereby lose the right of withdrawal.
